SOOO.ME PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING RULES – PRIVACY POLICY
The rules for processing clients' personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") govern the principles of collection, use, and storage of clients' personal data, establish the objectives and means of processing clients' personal data, and define who and for what purposes can access clients' personal data.
TERMS
Responsible Person – a natural or legal person designated by the company, under a service or other contract, to process clients' personal data;

Other terms used in these Rules are understood as they are defined in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the processing of personal data. The main terms are as follows:
Personal Data – any information related to a natural person, a data subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using such data as a personal identification number, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social identity of the person.
Data Processing – any operation performed on personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, merging, alteration (updating or correction), provision, disclosure, use, logical and (or) arithmetic operations, searching, dissemination, destruction, or any other action or set of actions.
Third Party – a natural or legal person, other than the data subject, data controller, data processor, and persons who are directly authorized by the data controller or processor to process the data.
SECTION II
PRINCIPLES OF CLIENTS' PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
In processing clients' personal data, the Company adheres to the following principles:
- Clients' personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes defined in these Rules;
- Clients' personal data is processed accurately, fairly, and lawfully, in accordance with the requirements of legal acts.
- The Company processes clients' personal data ensuring that the data remains accurate and, if changed, is continuously updated;
- The Company processes clients' personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing;
- Clients' personal data is stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected and processed;
- Personal data is processed accurately, fairly, and lawfully.
SECTION III
OBJECTIVES OF CLIENTS' PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Detailed information on the processing of clients' personal data is provided in this policy.
Main processed personal data: name, surname, phone number, email address, and other data necessary for executing orders, offering marketing proposals.
Main objectives of personal data processing: Processing and execution of orders, analysis of users' data, purchases, and use of the website for improving user experience and website improvement, marketing, advertising purposes.
SECTION IV
DATA SUBJECTS' RIGHTS
The Company appoints a responsible person who ensures that the rights of clients as data subjects are protected, properly implemented, and all information is provided adequately, timely, and in an acceptable form to employees.
Rights of clients as data subjects and their implementation measures:
- To be informed about the collection of their personal data. The Company, when collecting a client's personal data, must inform these individuals about the personal data the client must provide, the purposes for which the data is collected, to whom and for what purposes it can be provided, and the consequences of not providing the personal data. Simplified information is provided in client consents. Clients have the right to access their personal data, request correction, specify, or supplement incorrect or incomplete personal data. Clients can also disagree with the processing of certain optional personal data.
- To access their personal data and how it is processed. Clients have the right to request the Company to provide information on what and for what purposes their personal data is being processed. This information is provided free of charge once a year to the client. If a client requests such information more than once a year, the fee for providing this information cannot exceed the cost of providing the information.
- To demand correction, destruction of their personal data, or suspension of their personal data processing.
- To disagree with the processing of personal data. Clients have the right to disagree with the processing of certain optional personal data. Such disagreement can be expressed by not filling certain sections of forms or other documents filled out, as well as by later submitting a request to cease the processing of optionally processed personal data. The Company provides written information on what personal data is processed optionally. Upon receiving a request to cease the processing of optionally processed personal data, the Company immediately ceases such processing unless it contradicts legal requirements and informs the employee/client about it.
SECTION V
MEASURES TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Access rights to personal data and authorizations to process personal data are granted, revoked, and changed by an order of the Company's director.
The Company, in protecting personal data, implements and ensures appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.
The Company ensures proper storage of documents and data files, takes measures to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as any other unlawful processing of personal data. Copies of documents that specify employees' personal data must be destroyed in such a way that it would be impossible to restore and recognize their content.
Only those individuals who have been authorized to access such data and only when necessary to achieve the objectives set out in these Rules are allowed to access personal data in the Company.
The Company ensures the security of premises where personal data is stored, proper layout and inspection of technical equipment, compliance with fire safety rules, proper network management, supervision of information systems, and implementation of other technical measures necessary to ensure the protection of personal data.
The Company takes measures to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as any other unlawful processing of personal data, by properly and securely storing the entrusted documents and data files.
If an employee or another responsible person doubts the reliability of the installed security measures, they must contact their direct manager to assess the existing security measures and, if necessary, initiate the purchase and installation of additional measures.
Employees or other responsible persons who process personal data automatically or from whose computers access to local network areas where personal data is stored is possible, use passwords assigned to them. Passwords are changed under certain circumstances (e.g., employee change, threat of intrusion, suspicion that the password has become known to third parties, etc.).
An employee working on a specific computer and accessing personal data should only know their password. Passwords are stored in a secure place and used only when necessary.
In the event of personal data security breaches, the Company takes immediate measures to prevent unlawful processing of personal data.
Non-compliance with these Rules, depending on the severity of the violation, when not adhered to by an employee, may be considered a breach of employment duties, for which employees may be held responsible as stipulated in the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
SECTION VI
DATA COLLECTION, COOKIES
We process Your Personal Data obtained in the following ways:
- When You provide Personal Data to us directly;
- When we collect Your Personal Data as you use the Internet site, our managed social media accounts, when you contact us by phone or electronic communication means, or when you visit our goods collection point;
- To the extent provided by applicable legal acts, we may also receive information about You from other sources, e.g., publicly accessible registers, databases, marketing partners, and other third parties.
Depending on the settings of the social network you use, if you choose to link your social network account with your account on our Internet site, we may see certain data from your social network account, including personal account data: your name, surname or pseudonym, profile picture, and email address specified in your account.
You have the right to change and update the information you have provided to us. In some cases (for example, when selling goods to you, delivering them, etc.) we need to have accurate and up-to-date information related to you, necessary for providing quality services, therefore, we may ask you to periodically confirm that the information we have about you is correct.
By providing Personal Data to us, You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of these Personal Data.
On our Internet site, we use "third-party cookies", i.e., cookies that we do not control, for example, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, and other cookies. We use these cookies to obtain statistical information about website usage and for internet advertising purposes based on your behavior.

FINAL PROVISIONS
These Rules are reviewed and updated following changes in legal acts regulating personal data processing.
Employees and other responsible persons are acquainted with these Rules in writing or through electronic means and must adhere to the obligations set out in them and guide their work functions according to the principles established in these Rules. Upon request, clients are given the opportunity to acquaint themselves with these Rules.
The Company has the right to partially or completely change these Rules. Employees and other responsible persons are acquainted with the changes in writing or through electronic means.
You can pay your purchases by credit/debit card. Select the appropriate payment method when placing your order. If any of these payment methods are unsuitable, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss other payment options.
Payments
We accept payment via Stripe platform by Visa, Mastercard, EuroCard, Maestro cards. Please ensure that the details You enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Sooo.me™, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
Intellectual Property
The trade marks, logos and service marks ('intellectual property') displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of Sooo.me™, our affiliates, our licensors and/or our and are protected by EU and international trade mark laws. Except in connection with placing an order for merchandise or as required by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property or that of our suppliers without our or their prior written consent.
Processing
We usually start processing orders as soon as they are received. We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-business day will be dispatched the next business day. Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.
Once an order has been placed, our immediate processing means we are not able to stop it being dispatched, even if you have not received your Dispatch Confirmation or you email us to cancel your order immediately after placing it. We will be happy to assist you return your order once you have received it.
Out of Stock Products
In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options.
Multiple Orders
If you place multiple orders within a short period of time (generally 24-48 hours), your orders may be consolidated and delivered as a single order. If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to advise there is more than one parcel.
Limited Availability
If due to limited product availability, we restrict or cancel quantities purchased per person, per address or per order, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will provide a full refund for the items cancelled.
We are not able to make address changes or corrections to orders once placed. If the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for the lost of your order. In the case your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we welcome any questions, comments and suggestions about our products and services.
If you have not received a reply from us there could be a few reasons why:
- Your email address may have been entered incorrectly.
- Your email was lost and hasn't come through.
- Our reply has been blocked by your spam filter and it has been sent to your junk folder.
If you do not receive a reply within 4 business days please contact us again, ideally from another email address, or by a different method.
Discount codes
Only one discount code is permitted per order. Automatically applied discount codes will show in your basket at time of checkout when the correct spend thresholds are met. For manual discount codes where a promotional code needs to be entered, the code must be entered correctly in the discount code box provided at the checkout page. When entered correctly the discount code will show in your basket.
A discount code cannot be added to your order after your order has been paid and confirmed.
When a discount code requires a minimum spend, the minimum spend excludes delivery fees, taxes, samples and minis. It does include discounts already applied to products in your basket.
Discount codes exclude all sale items. Discount codes are excluded from subscription orders unless otherwise stated by the code.
