Delivery of goods

Sooo.me™ currently delivers to EU customers. We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes.

We deliver products by the following methods:
Omniva self-service parcel terminals (within 2 – 4 weekdays after order confirmation) in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia.

By DHL courier (2-3 weekdays after order confirmation) in EU.
The courier delivers orders on weekdays until 5 p.m.

If the customer fails to collect the parcel from the self-service parcel terminal by the deadline set by the transport company, it is returned to the sender. If the customer wants the parcel to be re-sent, he/she must pay the cost of the additional postage and return.

During the hot period, please choose the delivery method responsibly. We recommend picking up the parcels as soon as possible or choosing another delivery method.

Delivery charges:
Delivery for orders above €70 is FREE.
For orders up to € 70, an additional delivery fee applies.
